Moontaken Company (hereinafter referred to as the "the Company") is the owner of the goods and services displayed on the website https://www.moontaken.com, and other related online platforms. The Company realized the importance of personal data protection and had supervision and management of personal data. To be consistent with the personal data protection law and related laws. Therefore, We would like to inform you of the following information for compliance of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

The withdrawal will not affect the lawful processing of personal data for which the owner has already given consent.

4.2. Right to Request Access to Personal Data

The owner has the right to request access and obtain a copy of the data, which is under the responsibility of the Company. The owner also has the right to request to disclose the acquisition of such information if the owner has not given consent to the Company.

4.3. Right to Request the Transmission or Transfer of Personal Data

The owner has the right to request the Company to transfer personal data as required by law.

4.4. The Objection Right to Collection, Use and/or Disclosure of Personal Data

The owner has the right to object to the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data at any time. In the event that the law allows the Company to collect without the consent of the owner.

4.5. Right to Request Deletion of Personal Data

The owner has the right to request the company to delete or destroy or make personal data non-identifiable as required by law as follows:

4.6. Right to Suspend the Use of Personal Data

The owner has the right to request that the Company temporarily suspend the use of personal data if the Company is in the process of reviewing the request to exercise the right to correct or object to the processing of personal data, or if the Company no longer need to use the data and has to delete or destroy personal data under applicable laws. The owner may ask the company to suspend the use instead.

4.7. Right to Request Correction of Personal Data

If the owner sees any data that the company has collected is incorrect or the personal data is out of date. The owner has the right to ask the Company to edit, or to ensure that such personal data is accurate, up to date, complete and does not cause misunderstandings.

4.8. Right to Make the Complaint

The owner has the right to file a complaint with the appropriate government agency under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E., if the owner finds that the Collection, Use and/or Disclosure of Personal Data does not comply with relevant laws.

However, the use of the above rights may be limited under applicable law. And there are some cases where it is necessary that the Company may refuse or cannot comply with the request from the owner. For example, the Company is required to comply with the law or a court order, or exercising that right may infringe on the rights or liberties of other people, or the Company has to use its claim under the relevant law to keep such information. By the way, the Company will address the reasons for the refusal.

5) The Change of Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, to comply with the changes in the Company's services, company operations, and suggestions or opinions from the owner. The company will clearly announce the changes before implementing them or may send an announcement directly.
